1. About the Platform

Avysh Technologies Private Limited (“Avysh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Avysh ONDC Store (“Platform”), a technology-based marketplace that acts as a Buyer Application (BAP) on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).

Avysh is a facilitator, not a seller. Products listed on the Platform are offered by independent sellers (Seller Application Providers, or SNPs) registered on the ONDC network. Avysh does not manufacture, stock, or ship any products. The contract of sale is directly between you (the buyer) and the relevant seller.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

4. Products, Listings & Pricing

Important Notice

Product listings, prices, availability, and descriptions are provided by sellers on the ONDC network. Avysh does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information. Always check product details before purchase.

5. Placing an Order

The ONDC order flow is asynchronous and operates in multiple steps:

Search: You search for products; the ONDC network routes your query to eligible sellers.

Select: You select a product; the seller confirms availability and price.

Init: You provide delivery details; the seller confirms terms.

Confirm: You complete payment via our payment gateway; the order is placed with the seller.

An order is confirmed only after Razorpay payment is successfully processed and the seller sends an order confirmation via the ONDC network. We will notify you by email upon successful order placement.

6. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Avysh does not store card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank account details.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations and returns are subject to the seller's policies as communicated at the time of order. Avysh facilitates but does not guarantee cancellation or return acceptance.

All content on the Platform — including the Avysh name, logo, design, software, text, and graphics — is the property of Avysh Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, descriptions, and images are the property of their respective sellers or manufacturers. Avysh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Platform integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies:

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Avysh makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

13. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues:

For unresolved issues, escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@avysh.com. Resolution within 30 days.

For ONDC-network related disputes (seller failures), escalate via the ONDC Issue & Grievance Management (IGM) process.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
