1. Scope

Avysh ONDC Store (“Avysh”, “we”, “us”) is a buyer application on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). All payments are processed through Razorpay, and refunds are routed back through Razorpay to your original payment method. This policy applies to purchases in the Electronics & Appliances category.

2. Seller's Discretion on Cancellations & Returns

Important Notice

Cancellation and return acceptance is entirely at the seller's discretion. A refund will only be issued after a cancellation or return has been accepted by the seller. Avysh facilitates the process but cannot guarantee cancellation or return acceptance on behalf of any seller.

* Refund initiation by Avysh/seller: within 48 hours of return pickup confirmation. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations are subject to seller acceptance. If the seller accepts the cancellation:

Before Dispatch: Full refund initiated within 2–4 hours of cancellation confirmation.

After Dispatch, Before Delivery: Refund initiated after the item is returned to the seller and pickup is confirmed.

After Delivery: Subject to the seller's return policy. Refer to our Return Policy for the process.

8. ONDC Network Refund Protection

The ONDC network provides buyer protection for prepaid orders. If a seller fails to initiate the refund within the stipulated time after an accepted return or cancellation, you may escalate the issue through the ONDC Issue & Grievance Management (IGM) process.

9. Payment Gateway — Razorpay

All payments on Avysh are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds are routed back through Razorpay to the original payment instrument used at the time of purchase. We do not store card or bank account details.
